Find a Retro Pizza Hut Near You

Over the 1990s and 2000s, Pizza Hut moved away from its dine-in restaurants toward delivery and carryout, and most classic red roof buildings were sold off or torn down. Since 2018, franchisees have been bringing the look back.

In May 2026, Pizza Hut began promoting these restaurants as Pizza Hut Classic: dining rooms with red cups, checkered tablecloths, Tiffany-style lamps and, at some locations, a salad bar or arcade. This site maps every one of them, shows how far apart they are, and collects visitor photos and corrections so you know what you'll find before you drive.

Why is Pizza Hut restoring its classic look?▼
